The Manifest Market you have all been waiting for is finally here.

We are curating our first indoor market in the heart of Bristol Bedminster at the Shreadenhams Skatepark this November. Official date TBA.

There will be over 50 local makers and traders ranging for artists clothing for a HUGE indore creatives market. A day full of Live Music, Workshops, Food, Drinks and a Skate Jam in the shreadenhams skatepark. the event and market will be free all day. access to skate the skatepark will be paid as usual but watching and visiting is entirely free.

Manifest Market – Terms & Conditions

By applying to trade at Manifest Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Fees & Payment

  • The stall fee is £45 for makers (please note: this does not include a stall structure or table —you will need to provide your own) and £150 for food vendors.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

  • If your application is successful, full payment will be required within one week of receiving your offer.

Cancellations

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. While we’ll do our best to reallocate your spot and recover your fee, we cannot guarantee this will be possible.

  • We encourage all applicants to consider their availability and commitment before applying.

Stall Management

  • Manifest Market reserves the right to cancel your stall at any time and for any reason.

  • Manifest Market is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your products or equipment during the event.

  • You will be sent an FAQ pack and a floor plan ahead of the event, showing your stall location.

  • Upon arrival, please wait for an organiser to direct you to your allocated space.

Venue Responsibilities

  • Any damage caused to the venue during setup or trading is your responsibility and will be charged accordingly.

  • In the event of venue cancellation, we are unable to offer refunds.

Electricity & Safety

  • Access to electricity is not guaranteed.

  • Any electrical equipment must be PAT tested, safely secured, and compliant with safety standards.

Logistics

  • You are responsible for arranging your own travel and parking.

  • Traders must arrive at least one hour before the event begins to allow time for setup.

  • Please aim to arrive on time—it helps the day run smoothly and gives you a chance to explore and shop from other stalls before opening!
